The main mode, the “Souken,” has a superior version, and a bonus called “Denshou Shiren,” the trial of transmission, initiates a fight to the death against a rival whose victory unlocks the most favorable mode. The name directly references the theme of Hokuto Shinken succession. A charge phase bears the name of the Raryuban, present as a mechanism at the bottom of the screen.

Of note

The machine brings together all the sequences that have become iconic throughout the series: the herald phrase, the golden Tenki and its variants, the Kirin pattern, the “Tenju no Gi,” and a flash of Shanghai. Cutouts of original manga illustrations appear during gameplay, and the phrase “Question your destiny” is displayed on screen. Sammy accompanied its release with merchandise sold on its online shop, including a t-shirt and an acrylic item in the machine’s colors. Like the pachislot from 2022, it draws on the design of the Regenesis anime.
