With its HG line (High Grade Figure, ハイグレードフィギュア), Sega offered large, non-articulated prize figures approximately 30 cm tall, distributed through its arcade centers. Four Hokuto no Ken entries were released, and the selection is somewhat surprising. Alongside the expected Kenshiro, produced in two versions, and Rei, there is Juza, the free cloud of the Goshasei, an extremely rare character to find as a figure at this scale.

Four references in large format
The height varies slightly depending on the character, hovering around thirty centimeters, a generous size for prize figures of that era. The figures are sold in blister packs, with a banner featuring artwork from the series. Notably, Kenshiro comes in two versions, one in color and the other entirely in black and white, reproducing the inking style of the manga in three dimensions, an uncommon artistic choice that makes it the most sought-after piece in the line.
Finding them today
Like all arcade prize figures, these were never sold in retail stores and can be tracked down on Yahoo Auctions, Mercari, and at Suruga-ya, at still reasonable prices. The blister packs have rarely survived intact, so a copy in its original packaging is a real bonus.
