Hokuto no Ken, Volume 3

Synopsis Led by Taki, Bat's young protege, Kenshiro arrives at a village where an old woman raises many orphaned children. She is digging a well in this waterless village. But Taki, who only wanted to give her something to drink, steals water from the neighboring village and is killed. A child's life lost for a sip of water... Kenshiro's fist then breaks through the rock and water fills the village. The peace is short-lived: after his departure, the village is attacked by Jackal's band of raiders and the old woman is killed. Kenshiro returns and, in his fury, annihilates Jackal's gang.
