Rin is worried about him. On the road, the group catches Kemada's Fang clan attacking a supply truck, saves the driver, and escorts him back to his village. A spring has been found there and vegetables have begun to be grown, and a few flowers are blooming. Rin is moved by this, and Mamiya speaks kind words to her. When the Fang clan attacks, Mamiya leads the villagers to stand against them. But an armored semi-trailer smashes through the barricade.
