Hokuto no Ken Episode 33, Here Is the Village of Miracles! The Fallen Angel Has Descended to Earth! (ここが奇跡の村！堕天使は舞い降りた！！)

Official synopsis "I want to make Hokuto Shinken a medicine rather than a martial art." (Toki). Jagi, dying, told him that his two other brothers are alive, and Kenshiro hits the road again. In a town where he stops, he hears about the village of miracles: a savior named Toki is said to have descended there and to be healing all the sick with a mere touch. But Toki transformed overnight into a ruthless killer, killed most of the villagers in his human experiments, and turned the survivors into beasts endowed with powers. Unable to believe in this reversal from the Toki he knew to be so gentle, Kenshiro walks toward the village, where three of these beasts block his path.
