Hokuto no Ken Dai-ichibu Drama Sōshūhen
A “drama” disc dedicated to the first part of the Hokuto no Ken TV series, released by Canyon Records in June 1985, priced at 2,500 yen, with obi. Its subtitle, “Yuria Eien ni…! Saraba Shukuteki yo!!”, heralds the confrontation between Kenshiro and Shin. The drama unfolds in five parts, three on Side A and two on Side B, bookended by the two Crystal King theme songs, “Ai wo Torimodose!!” as the opening and “Yuria… Eien ni” as the closing.
The obi and the back cover credit the voice cast: Akira Kamiya (Kenshiro), Yuriko Yamamoto (Yuria), and Toshio Furukawa (Shin), among others. The disc label reprints the opening theme credits: lyrics by Kimiharu Nakamura, music by Michio Yamashita, arrangement by Yamashita and Hirogen Tobisawa. A cassette edition is mentioned on the obi, and a promotional vinyl pressing has been documented.
