Official synopsis
"Vampires who drink the blood of men, you no longer have the right to live!" (
Kenshiro ). Patra disappears after losing his men, and the lake dries up at the same moment. Having headed toward the mountain to uncover this mystery, Kenshiro reaches the castle of Dragon, master of Nanto Ryujinken: it was from there that the lake's water level was controlled. Dragon receives Kenshiro with unexpected courtesy, for he covets his strength to dominate the world. He resells as slaves the young people that Patra gathered for him and lives in debauchery. Kenshiro's anger erupts.
