Souten no Ken Regenesis Episode 13, The People Chosen by God (神に選ばれし民)

Official synopsis Having left war-torn China, Kasumi Kenshiro and his companions were living peaceful days in Jakarta, Indonesia, when the Dutch army closes in on them. In town, rumors of a vampire begin to circulate: people are being abducted and supposedly used for an experiment. Meanwhile, a man covered in a cloak appears before Kenshiro, bearing the same tattoo as Fei-Yan. Suddenly, the man strikes with a knife-hand blow and lunges at Kenshiro. "If you have a grievance against Hokuto... it's me you should tell!" Kenshiro's final battle, in which he stakes his life, begins at that very moment.
