Founded in Tokyo, Medicos Entertainment is best known for its flagship line Super Action Statue (超像可動, Chozo Kado), articulated figures approximately 175 to 210 mm tall depending on the character, with one of the most advanced levels of articulation on the market. Launched in December 2020 with Kenshiro, the Hokuto no Ken line is now the second largest range in the series, just behind JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.

The brand’s signature
The range is built on extreme articulation that allows the recreation of all combat techniques, on faithfulness to the original design that Medicos presents as the result of in-depth supervision of sculpture and coloring by Tetsuo Hara himself, and on the systematic inclusion of Effect Pieces, combat effect parts used to stage the iconic attacks. The prototype is handled by PROGRESS under the modeling production of studio Takumi Kobo (匠工房). Medicos also continues to reissue its flagship pieces to meet the demand generated by the 2026 anime, as illustrated by the reissue of the Raoh (9,800 yen before tax) opened for pre-orders in May 2026.
The Hokuto no Ken catalog
The catalog covers the major figures from the manga, with each reference priced around 9,200 to 9,800 yen. It features Kenshiro and his Muso Tensei Ver. variant, Raoh also available in a Muso Tensei version, Souther, Rei, Toki, and Jagi. The interchangeable heads and effect parts included with each figure make it possible to recreate the iconic moments of the series, from the Hokuto Hyakuretsu Ken to the fratricidal showdowns.
Wonder Festival exclusive editions
Medicos regularly takes advantage of Wonder Festival (Tokyo and Shanghai) to unveil highly sought-after exclusive versions, sold through lottery or in very limited quantities, such as the Kenshiro Swarovski Shanghai WF Version, the Kenshiro Crystal Limited Edition (100 numbered copies for the series’ 40th anniversary, Preciosa crystals), or the Raoh Crystal Limited Edition. These editions are snapped up on the secondary market at prices far above their original retail price, and never come back as reissues.
