Prime 1 Studio is one of the most respected collectible statue manufacturers in the world. Founded in 2012 in Tokyo, the studio established itself in just a few years as an essential reference thanks to imposing format pieces, primarily at 1/4 scale, combining hyper-detailed sculptures, elaborate bases and mixed finishes (polystone, fabric, LED elements). Their first notable piece, an out-of-scale Megatron, earned the “Statue of the Year” title as early as 2014. Since then, Prime 1 Studio has been collaborating directly with license holders on franchises as diverse as DC, Transformers, Berserk and Hokuto no Ken.

The pinnacle of high-end collectibles
The studio’s reputation rests on sculpture and paint quality among the finest on the market, extraordinary attention to detail and spectacular formats. Each reference is generally available in standard, deluxe and bonus versions, with interchangeable heads, additional accessories and LED lighting effects on recent models. Production runs are deliberately limited, rarely exceeding 1,000 units, which gives the pieces notable secondary market value.
The Hokuto no Ken catalog
Named Premium Masterline (PMFOTNS codes), the line was launched for the series’ 35th anniversary and includes seven 1/4 scale statues, reaching approximately 70 cm in height. It features Kenshiro in his classic version ($899 in deluxe), Kenshiro “Omae wa mou shindeiru” frozen in his iconic line ($899), their Gold Version and DX Gold Version variants with gold finishes, the impressive Ultimate Premium Masterline Kenshiro & Yuria “Polar Star of Love” diorama ($1,599), created for the series’ 40th anniversary under the supervision of Tetsuo Hara, whose proportions were built based on the master’s drawings, Raoh, the most monumental piece in the catalog ($1,899), and Jagi ($1,099).
