Gameplay
The game reproduces the Hokuto no Ken F pachislot machine, which was in operation in parlors at the time. It faithfully renders the LCD screen sequences, including the “Shichisei Shutter” presentation, and the music, to recreate the atmosphere of a game parlor at home. Like the rest of the series, it offers a full simulation mode with real-time information display, results graphs, settings and auto-play, as well as a mode allowing players to freely rewatch the animations, including the rarest sequences.

Published by Sega based on the Sammy machine, this title was sold for 5,544 yen. It is the most recent home pachislot simulator for Hokuto no Ken released on a console, closing a series launched in 2004. More recent Hokuto no Ken pachislot machines have not, since then, received any home adaptation on a home or portable console.
