Gameplay
The software includes five machines: the pachislot “Hokuto no Ken” and “Hokuto no Ken SE”, and the pachinko “CR Hokuto no Ken Denshō”, “CR Hokuto no Ken Tomo” and “Digihane CR Hokuto no Ken”, the latter being new to the simulator series. The Wii remote is used to replicate gestures: for pachislot, you can play using the pointer or by simply shaking the remote, and for pachinko, you tilt it as if turning the handle of a real machine. A “Survival” mode offers various challenges.
Of Note
Published by Sega based on Sammy’s machines, this title is the first in the lineup to combine pachislot and pachinko in a single product. It supported the Wii’s online connection for a national ranking, in which players participated using their Mii, a service that was shut down on December 31, 2008.
