Synopsis After defeating Jagi, his fellow Hokuto Shinken disciple, Kenshiro learns that his two other elder brothers, Raoh and Toki, are alive. As the legitimate successor, he continues on his path to settle what the succession struggle left behind, and hears of a village of miracles where the sick are healed, where Toki is said to be. This once gentle brother has completely changed: he has become a monster who uses people as guinea pigs and kills them. Kenshiro confronts him and engages in combat, but Rei intervenes.
