The episode introduces Spade, the first of the four lieutenants of the KING army. It is also the moment when Kenshirō’s main quest becomes clearer, as he follows Yuria’s trail.
Official Summary
As Kenshirō, successor of Hokuto Shinken, and Bat cross the desert, they see an old man being chased by a gang of armed raiders aboard a buggy. The bandits want to seize the rice grain carefully guarded by the old man. Ignoring Bat’s warnings, Kenshirō steps in to save him. That is when Spade, the gang leader, fires a crossbow bolt straight at Kenshirō!!
