Official synopsis

Uighur ). Having arrived before Cassandra,
Kenshiro and his companions find in their path the twins who guard its gate,
Raiga and Fūga . Their Nishin Fūraiken instantly kills anyone caught between them. But Kenshiro senses in their fists more sadness than hostility: Raiga and Fūga do not want these needless killings and only fight because their young brother is held hostage. Seeing that Kenshiro read their hearts in a single exchange, they believe him to be the savior and give up the fight. But on the rampart appears their hostage brother.
