Clothing brand ODDGOOD, backed by CyberAgent, is launching a full collection based on the anime Hokuto no Ken -FIST OF THE NORTH STAR-. Eleven pieces in all, sold first at a Harajuku pop-up store from October 23 to 26, then online from October 27. To mark the launch, three garments customized by hand by Tetsuo Hara are up for grabs in a prize draw open worldwide.
Eleven pieces, from T-shirts to a varsity jacket
The collection draws on the most recognizable characters and scenes in the series, led by Kenshiro and Yuria. Two T-shirts are built entirely around the manga’s death cries, HIDEBU and ABESHI, which says a lot about the audience ODDGOOD is after. Jagi, meanwhile, gets the cap.

The Harajuku pop-up store
Sales open with a four-day pop-up, from Friday, October 23 to Monday, October 26, 11am to 7pm, at ROOM MATE HARAJUKU (basement of BPR Square Jingūmae I, 2-32-5 Jingūmae, Shibuya ward). Admission is free.

The online store takes over on Tuesday, October 27 at oddgood.jp, with orders shipping within a week.
Three pieces customized by Tetsuo Hara
This is the real hook. Three special-edition garments, customized by Tetsuo Hara with an original drawing and his signature, go to three buyers drawn at random. Each receipt counts as one entry, in store or online, from October 23 to November 21. Winners are contacted by email within two weeks of November 22.
The press release states that entry conditions are identical from Japan and from abroad, which is rare enough to be worth flagging on this kind of campaign. The exact entry form will be announced on the brand’s official X account, @oddgood_jp.
On a smaller scale, an exclusive ODDGOOD × Hokuto no Ken sticker goes to every pop-up visitor and every online buyer, while supplies last.

ODDGOOD, fashion as a way in
Launched by CyberAgent under the motto “Stay ODD, It’s GOOD.”, ODDGOOD blends Japanese franchises with Tokyo street culture. The brand openly aims at an audience that may not know the works it draws from, using clothing as a first point of contact. For Hokuto no Ken, that makes for an unusual way in, and a rather clever one.
