Official synopsis
"Awaken, my servants! Death to the man with seven scars!" (Zaria).
Kenshiro and his companions arrive in a town where the sinister sound of a bell rings out. Food and water belong solely to Zaria, who rules over the place and only distributes meager rations to the inhabitants. The group is taken in by Karen, a young girl from the town, but at midnight, when the bell tolls, the inhabitants attack them en masse: they are under hypnosis.
Rin in turn succumbs to the spell and heads toward the cathedral. Kenshiro rushes there, and Zaria's vile trap awaits him.
