The big surprise of AnimeJapan 2026: SNK Corporation officially confirmed that Kenshiro, the hero of Hokuto no Ken, will be part of the roster of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves in June 2026. He will be the sixth and final DLC character of Season Pass 2. The fist of the North Star descends upon South Town.

Kenshiro arrives in June 2026, the last character of Season Pass 2 for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves. In April, he is preceded by Wolfgang Krauser, and in May by a still mysterious character. The other characters in this Season Pass are Kim Jae Hoon, Nightmare Geese, and Blue Mary, all from the Fatal Fury series.
Kenshiro is therefore the sole guest character of this Season 2, a choice that has divided the community. Some fans praise the boldness of the crossover, while others would have preferred to see more original Fatal Fury characters. A situation similar to that of Season Pass 1.
How to obtain Kenshirô
To play Kenshiro as soon as he releases in June, two options are available. The Season Pass 2 alone is offered at €19.99 for those who already own the base game, a particularly aggressive price that comes out to about €3.33 per character, well below the €7.50 charged by Street Fighter 6 or Tekken 8 for their DLC. The Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Legend Edition bundles the base game, Season Pass 1, and
Season Pass 2 for €49.99.
