On October 19, Sammy launched the official website and teaser video for e Hokuto no Ken Gekitō (e 北斗の拳 激闘), its new pachinko machine. It will roll out in Japanese pachinko parlors from January 12, 2027, though the date may vary by region. It is the first Hokuto no Ken pachinko since e Hokuto no Ken 11 Bōkyōsei, released in December 2025.
A machine built around battles
Sammy bills Gekitō as a “Battle Bonus” machine. The odds of hitting a jackpot are about 1 in 256. Half the time, this first win leads to a battle, “God of Combat vs. Star of Violence” (闘神VS暴凶星). Players who win it enter the “HYPER BATTLE BONUS” mode.
In this mode, each round can chain up to three battles. Each battle pays 1,500 balls, for a total of 4,500 balls with three wins. Even a loss pays 1,500 balls before play returns to normal. The mode carries on about 80% of the time.

Players pick one of four battle presentations, “Gekitō,” “Tōshin,” “Bōkyōsei” or “Kenshiro.” Kenshiro and Raoh take center stage in the fights.
A variant of Bōkyōsei
The machine is made by Ginza, a Sammy subsidiary since 2009. The Japanese trade press describes it as a variant of e Hokuto no Ken 11 Bōkyōsei, with a new payout setup. Gameplay and animation details will be released over the coming weeks on Sammy’s official website.
