Launched in September 2024 by Japanese manufacturer DIG (株式会社ディーアイジー), the DIGACTION line focuses on articulated figures in an ultra-compact format, 1/24 scale, approximately 80 mm in height. The concept: offer a complete Hokuto no Ken collection that fits on a standard shelf, while maintaining a high level of articulation and interchangeable accessories to recreate the manga’s iconic poses.

The collection that fits in the palm of your hand
Each item comes with its dedicated base and additional parts: alternate faces, interchangeable hands, and sometimes combat effects. The finish aims for a balance between design finesse and compactness, with prices generally ranging between 4,500 and 10,000 yen (tax included), making it one of the most affordable lines on the current Hokuto no Ken market.
A philosophy of cohesive duos
One of the most interesting aspects of the line is the logic of complementarity between items. The Shin & Heart set includes combat effects to be used with the line’s Kenshiro, Souther comes with a spear to recreate the impalement of Shu (sold separately), Raoh comes with his horse Kokuoh-go in a complete set, and the Yuda & Rei set faithfully recreates their final duel. This approach encourages collecting the full line rather than individual purchases, while remaining at reasonable prices.
The Hokuto no Ken catalog
The catalog already covers the essential cast from the first part of the manga. It includes Kenshiro (~4,730 yen), the Zeed clan bandit, the Shin & Heart set (9,900 yen), Rei, the Raoh & Kokuoh-go set (~9,800 yen), the Yuda & white-haired Rei set, Shu, Souther, Jagi, and Toki. At approximately 30 to 60 euros per item or set, DIGACTION represents an excellent entry point for collecting Hokuto no Ken without breaking the bank, and the 1/24 format allows you to line up the entire range on a single shelf.
