Director Uematsu of Hokuto no Ken Legends ReVIVE (Sega) publishes his monthly letter for April 2026, and it is particularly packed for players of the mobile RPG. New fighter, technical update, and May schedule: here is the full summary.
Lin “She who lives for love”, first non-combat LR fighter
The big announcement of the month: Lin “She Who Lives for Love” (リン 愛に生きる者) arrives on April 30 as the first non-combat fighter of LR rarity in the game. The director explains that the team had intentionally delayed the implementation of non-combat LRs, those support units that don’t attack directly but strongly influence the team, so as not to unbalance the game. Now that the LR roster is large enough, Lin kicks things off.
Her abilities in brief: Force type, she massively boosts the attack of all allies, allows launching an Ougi from the very first turn thanks to an energy buildup unaffected by the usual parameters, and triggers counterattacks from allies who have unlocked their Destiny. At LR★3, the Destiny unlock conditions expand even further.

These three fighters will receive a rarity elevation between June and August 2026, one per month.
Technical update, Monthly Pack and loading
Two technical improvements are coming with the next update: a Monthly Pack system, item packs that reset each month and can be purchased at any time during the month, and an approximately 30% reduction in loading time for daily login bonuses. The team promises to continue this momentum of optimizations.
Golden Week, Super Gold Rush
To celebrate Golden Week, a Super Gold Rush event launches at the end of April, with resource gathering and exchanges for food and various items. A limited wallpaper tied to the event will also be distributed to all players who log in during the period.
